Tenders at will receive in lull, and tenders at twp ; shillings premium will receive two per cent! of allotment. Tenders averaged three shillings and sixpence premiums. Two tenders alone were for a million each.■ There were in all 510 tenderers, The Government were obliged to give a pledge that the limit of the July loan should, be two millions,:. MELBOURNE, .. .
