The Saddling Bell will ring at 11. 30 each day, and the first race stait at 12 o'clock. The time for starting each event will be dqly, posted on the course after each proceeding race. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race {haok race excepted) unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fund. ... v Three entries or the Public money -mil be withheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes before the time of starting. Tho starter has the power to place fractious of kicking horses,'or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start. : '
