The Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and the first race stait at 12 o'clock. The time for starting eaoh event will be duly posted on the' course after each proceeding race. No per Eon vill be allowed to enter a horse for any race {bask-race excepted) unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to the, raoe fund. Tnree entries or the Public money will be withheld. No 'scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, .and fifteen minutsfl before the time of starting, The starter has the power to place fractious of kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinkß necessary to secure a fair start. All entries to be made in writing, sealed, and adressed to.the secretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the hofce, name of owner, aud colors of the rider. In all nominations for handicaps the pre> vious performances are to be give n.
