The Saddling Bell will ring at 11,30 each day, and the first race start at 12 o'olock. Tho time for starting each ovent will he duly 'posted on the course after each proceeding race. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race (haok race excepted) unless he bo a subscriber 01 at least £1 to the race fund. Three eutiies or the Public money will he No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes beforo the time of starting. The starter has the power to place Pactions of kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position ho thinks necessary to secure a fair start. - All entries to be made in writing, sealed, and adrcßsed to the secretary, entrance mouey enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, name of owner, ai-d colors of tho ridor, - In all nominations for hnn Heaps the previous performances are to be given. All jockeys to ride in proper racing costume, aud any jocko/ ridmg except in colors entered will be fined 2 sovs. No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with the amount of entrance money, Nor will any entry be received after the hour named under any pretence whatever.
