The Saddling Rell will ring at 11. 30 each day, and the first rsce stait at 12 o'clock. The time for utartiag eaoh event will be duly posted on tho course alter each propeeding race. No perfou will be allowed to enter a horse for any race (hack race excepted) unless he bo a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fund, Three entries oi the Public money will bo withheld. • No scratching of horses allowed, uuless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes before the time of starting. The starter has the power to place fiaetious of kicking hordes, or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start, All entries to be made in writing, sealed,, mid ■adrcssed to the secretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, and prdigree of the name of owner, aud colors of the rider. Jn all nominations for ban '.icapa the previous performances arc to be given, All jockeys to ride in proper racing costume, aud any jockey riding except in colors entered will be fined 2 sovs, No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with tho amount of entrence money, Nor will any entry be received after the hour named under any pretence whatever. No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition: That all disputes aud objections arising out of the race shall be decided by a majority of tho stewards present, or those whim they may appoint, Their decision upon a'l joints connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final, In case of a protest, the same must be lodged with the secrtary within 15 minutes after the race is run, with a deposit of £2, eucli deposit to be forfeited if the Protest be found trivial or vexatious.
