So far they have; ' :X proved tee prophets, the nominations H received on the 29th ult. far exceeding '>'■.'£ any. similar list published by the Club.- r >;i THe• handicaps appeared in due;' course, and now the stewards have the :: gratifying result. of large acceptances -\ for each event.
