The Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and the first race stait at 12 o'clock. The time for iitarting each event will be duly posted on the course after each proceeding race. ■■ . ' t .••No'perron will be allowed to enter; a, horse for any race (hack race excepted) unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fund. Three entries or the Public money will be withheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through tho secretary, and fifteen minutes before the time of starting. Tho starter has the power to place fraotious of kicking horseß, or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start.
Allentries to be made in writing, sealed, and adresßed to the seoretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at tirco of entry, and pedigree of the hone, name of owner, aud colors of the rider, In all noniinations for han Heaps the previous performances are to be given. , All jockeys to ride in proper racing co6tume, aud any jocko/ riding except in colors entered will be fined 2 bovs, No entry will be accepted unless accompanied with '.the amount of entrance 'money7'~Nor will any entry be received after the hear named under any pretence whatever.
