The Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and the first race stait at 12 o'clock. The time for utarting each event will be duly posted on tho course after each proceeding' race. No person 'will be allowed to enter a horse for any race (hack race excepted) unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fnnd. " Three entiles or the Public money will be withheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through tho secretary, and fifteen minutos before the time of starting. ' The starter has the power to place fractious of kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start, All entries to be made in writing, sealed, and adressed to "the secretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the hor;e, name of owner, aud colors of tho rider, In all nominations lor ban licapi the previous performances are to be given. All jockeys to rido in proper racing costnmc, and any jocke/ riding except in colors entered will be fined 2 sovs. No entry will be accepted unless aocompanied with the amount of entrance money, Nor will any entry be received after the hsur naiiied under any pretonce whatever, No entry will he received for any of the races except upon this condition: That all disputes and objections arising out of tho race shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or those 'whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all joints connected with the carrying ont of thiß programme shall be final. Ia .case of a protest, the same must be lodfled with the secrtary witliin 15 minutes after the race is run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the Protest be found trivial or vexatious.
