The time for utarting each event will be'duly posted on the course after each proceeding, race. Noperson will be allowed to outer a horse for any race (hack race excepted) unless ho be a subscriber of at least. £1 to the race fund. Three entries or the Public money will be withheld. •No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, aud fifteen minutes before the time of starting.
