RULES AND REGULATIONS, To bo tun under the Wairarapa Jocky Club' mien, The Saddling Bell will ring at 11,30 each day, and the first race stait at. 12 o'clock. The time for utarting each event will be'duly posted on the course after each proceeding, race. Noperson will be allowed to outer a horse for any race (hack race excepted) unless ho be a subscriber of at least. £1 to the race fund. Three entries or the Public money will be withheld. •No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, aud fifteen minutes before the time of starting.
