CONSTANTINOPLE, • January 24. _ It has transpired that communications have recently passed between the forte and the French Government r&garding the circular note issued to the Great Powers, on the. sth instant,' by the English Government; in - which it explained its intentions with regard ,to Egypt. It is now understood that the Ottoman Government is preparing to protest against the policy avowed by England; and has received assurance of support by the French Government from their representative at Stamboul.-
