Mr Oaselberg, who was proposed by Mr Russell, declined to. stand, as he thought new blood should be infused into ail committees, When the sauTe people were eleoted over and over again the public were apt to become apathetic, No doubt the old committee had done well in the past year, but Why not give other people a show to do well ?
