RULES AND REGULATIONS. • All entries to be mado subfcct to the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising out ot the racing shall be decided by n majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that such decision shall be final and binding in all eases. Nominations for tlio Handicap Hurdle Race, Maiden Plato, Taratahi-Cnrlerton Handicap, and Sapling Stakes to be made in writing, stating name, pediereo, description atid naine of horso, and colors of rider, and to be sent in accompanied by the nomination fee, to the office of the Hon.
