RULES AND REGULATIONS. All entries to be made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing- shall be decided. bv. a majority of Stewards present, or whom they nifiy appoint, and that such decision 1 shall be final and binding in nil cases. Nominations for the Handicap Hurdle Race, Maiden P|ato, Taratahi-Carterton Handicap, and Sapling Stakes to be made in writing, stating name, pedigree, description aiidname of horse, and colors of rider, and to be sent in uccompanied by tho nomination fee.
