RULES AND REGULATIONS. All entries to be made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that such decision shall be final and binding in all cases Nominations for the Handicap Hurdle Race, Maiden Plate, Taratahi-Carterton Handicap, and Sapling Stakes to be made in writing, stating name, peditrrec, description and name of horse, and colors of rider, and to be sent in accompanied by the nomination fee, to the office of the Hon. Secretary, C. 11. Giles, Cartorton, on or boforo Thursday,' 4th January, 1833, a 6 p.m. The weights will ho declared on or before lOth January, 1833 and posted at the Secretary's Olilce, also publlsbol In the local newspapers.
