GREYTOWN, TUESDAY/ [Before H. S. Wardeh,, R.M., and F. H. Wood, J.P.j John William Laimbeer v Kingi Ngataere. —Defendant was oharged with having failed to register his dog. Upon being askea in the usual manner whether he pleaded guilty or not guilty or not guilty, defendant said when it had beon decided what amount lie was to get for attending the Court, ho should be able to decide whether ho had any unregistered dogs or not. finally he said he had no dogs at all, and the informant having *no evidence to offer the infor.« mation was dismissed, and 53 allowed defendant as his expenses. .
