The time for starting each event will be duly posted on the Course after eaoh preceding race. The District Bace is open to all horses owned in the district at least six months previous to this raca aeeting. In case of a protest, the same must be lodged with the Secretary within fifteen minutes after tho race is run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found trivial or vexatious. The winner of tbo first day's Haok Bace will not be allowed to run for the one on the second day. No person will be allowed'to enter a horse for any race (Haok Races excepted) unless ho bo a subscriber of at least £1 to tho Race Fund.
