Two large clips amounting, to 800: bales, were withdrawn, the reserve upon them being too high, The highest price for merino was 13d, and was obtained for a lot of 57 bales of greasy fleece from the western district of this colony.. for a lot of 54 bales scoured merino, 23d was obtained,- These prices, are the, highest yet reached during this season's sales, Good orossbreds are in moderate demand, and firm at.aboutjast salejeoioiiing rates.
