WAIRARAPA JOCKEY CLUB, SPRING MEETING.
A meeting of the Stewards of the Wairarapa Jockey Olub was held at the Club Hotel, Masterton, on Wednesday evening, 18th inst. : The Secretary reported abalanoe of M 0 6s. at the bank to the credit of the Club, and that correspondence had been made with Mr J. B. Hayes, of Wellington for the use of. his -patent Totalisalor on the 9th November, also that the matter of special trains at exouraion fares, was in the hands of the members for the district. Some other details in connection with the Spring meeting were arranged, and the following handicaps were framed : Handicap Hurdles. at. lbs.
