The following will be strictly enforced at the Exhibition:— 1. Tho public will be admitted to tho Exhibition on payment of one shilling each; children half ptioe, 2. An entrant fee of 6d will be charged for each lot exhibited up to ten, and 3d each for all over that number, . 3, Exhibits marked " for exhibition only" will be admitted free. . i> Kvery production must be in tho room before 10 o'clock am. Articles entered later can be received " for exhibition only," 6._ Every exhibitor must deliver a Hut of tpecinißns with his name to the Secretary, who'wlll give him a number of affix to each of his specimens. 6.' Every plant ehowiTiii a pot must have been so grown for at least two months previously. : . 7. Ever> production, except bouquets and stands of, flowers, must have been grown by the exhibitor, 8. Exhibitors aro requested to affix: the names of their specimens to their exhibits. Roses must be named, : 9. The Secretary shall have power to reject any article offered for competition, or exhibition, which the stagers of, exhibits may deem unworthy of reception. All flowers unduly dressed will be disqualified, and all aiticlea shall agree in particulars of number, quantity, and description with the schedule, 10. The Committee Will not hold itself responsible for exhibits entrusted to it for .exhibition, but all reasonable care will be taken to ensure their safety, and stringent measures will be taken against any person committing wilful damage or theft' 11. All prizes must be claimed within one month alter the exhibition, or they will be forfeited. < 12, No person, except the Secretary and hU assistants, vriil be allowed in the room while the judge* are awarding the prizes, Now.—The exhibition will be open from 1 o'clock in t"he afternoon until 9 o'clock in the evening; and no article shall be removed without the consent of tho Secretary, nor until the room is cleared of visitors, RULES FOR THE GUIDANCE OF JUDGES: 1. The Judges are particularly enjoined not to make any awards whero the objects exhibited do not appear worthy of it, arid bear in miud that the prises are offered less for novelty than for general excellence and skill in cultivation or workmanship, 2. Judges are at liberty to cut or taste fruits or vegetables, and their decision iu all cases shall be final as to merit. 3. In cases of disqualification, or nonaward, Judges aro to note on their list the reasons for such disqualification or nonWild. 4. Judges sliall have power to award extra prizes, only where there is decided merit, or when there is no class opeu in the schedule in whioh the specimen might be exhibited. 5.
