; Agusjna Sage v Charles Sage'.-Com-plainsnt applied for Sureties pf Hip peace against her husband on the gw md of abusive and threatening languag", She proved that her husband had been in a ''despondent state of mind and she offered to fetch a minister. He replied " No."' He 1 then called her an obscene name and threatened to kick her. He acoused her of having killed previous husbands, m\ said that he did not intend to die. in Lb bed, bnt to swing on the gallows. Defendant was ordered to find two sureties of £2s and e'hter.his own recognisance for £SO to keep the peace for six months. The Bureties not being forthcoming the accused was sent to gaol. Thomas Hooker v. Elias Oohen.—Debt £3l2s 7d. Judgment for amount and costs;
