'l'iie itcretarv was tllcu instructed to comni.miuate with Mr Jlaycock in answer to his letter of tho 2nd of May, stating that the;question of buying books laid with the discretion of tho parents where tliey bought them, as it was not, compulsory to obtain them at the school.
