SEIZURE OF ARMS IN LONDON.

London, June,].?, At to-day's wool auction a firm market was again experienced; 7000 bales iveie catalogued. ' Tho police to-day effected the seizure, at Olerkenwell, of a large quantity of arras which were known to have bee.i intended for shipment to Ireland. ' Juno 19. It has transpired that a conference of the Ambassadors of the European Power has been summoned to moot at Stamboul to consider tho present situation of affairs in Egypt. The conference will, after do liberation, submit its decisions for th approval of the Porte. The police have arrested an Irishman, who was found under suspicious circumstances on the spot where the seizure of arms was made at Clerkenwell on Saturday last. .

Intelligence has been received that in consequence of the inadequacy of the accommodation provided by the vessels now in port, all the European Stales are sending ships here to embark their subjects. Telegrams are to hand ttating that active preparations are proceeding at the chief European ports in the Mediterranean for the immediate despatch of several!) vessels with ample accommodation. The greatest excitement and alarm prevail among the Europeans here.
