In the wardens court yesterday IMr Seddon M.H.R, pleaded'jn the oasei on behalf of defendants if}, addition to the verdict for plaintiffs' The warden allowed the plaintiff expenses, Seddon ejaculated " I expected as much." The Warden held this to be contempt of court, and inflicted a' fine of £l.
