We corrected our local contemporary in the blunder he fell into over Mr Coieman Phillips' resignation. To our surprise now that he is in possession of .the true facts of the case and can verify them by a reference to the Acts we quoted, it ro-affirms the false ones. If our contemporary is utterly without scruples we cannot argue with him,
