Slßj-IfVoxPopuh,"" Utilitarian," &c, want an occasional concert for a charitable object, or in aid of the funds of the Institute, and will take the trouble to organise them so that they can be held jn the Town Hall or in the long worn of the Institute, they will most likely find that their complaints about the local talent being monopolised in the way they have described are quite unfounded. The above would be a more sensible course than their strange interference with the unobtrusive entertainments in the above schoolroom, which they themselves evidently do not patronise.
