RELEASE OF MESSRS PARK ELL, DILLON AND O'KELLY, . _ ; Melboubne, May 3. Malting barley is firm at 4s 7d to 4i 9d. Shippine wheat is quoted at 8s Gd, but prices are irregular. New Zealand oats aro quiet at 3s lOd to 4s for feed, and 4s Id to 4s 3d for milling. A report is current to-night that it is doubtful whether tho case of sickness in Swanston-street is small-pox, London, Mav 3. Messrs Parnell, Dillon, and O'Kelly, the members of Parliament for Cork, Tipperary, aud Roscommon wero released from custody this morning. Capetown, May 2. A resolution urging the desirability of the abandonment of Basutoland, and its transfer from the colony to the Imperial Government, was passed by the Legislative Council this evening.
