TO THE EDITOR, Sjh,—l'trtiat you will pardon my intrusion upon your space. I wish to call the attention of the Carterton Highway Board to the disgraceful state of the Belvedere Road. Owing to the mud and holes, one can never ride, drive, or walk in safety.
