NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Masterton Highway Board will be held at the office of the Board on SATURD AY : the lath April, ISB2, at 10 o'clock a.m., for the purpose of making a rate of one shilling in Uto £ on all rateable property within the district, for year ending 31st March, 1893, such rate to be payable in one Sum on or before the first day of May next. For the Castlepoint Hiding, at the store, Tenui, Fo" the Wainuioru Biding, at the residence of Mr E. Meredith, junr., Bivcrsdale, Whareama, and at Mr Sexton's, Huruimiorangi, Gladstone, Any person wishing to object to the said Rolls may do so by lodging a complaint in writing at the Resident Magistrate's Court m the respective Ridings not later than 3hi May noxt, K. "The Counties Act, 1876" notice is hereby given that the Electoral Rolls for the several Ridings within the Waivarapa West County havo now been prepared and may be inspected at the Council Chambers, Carterton, and that copies of such rolls have been deposited at the undermentioned places, where they will be open for inspection until the fifteenth day of May next, viz., For the AKredton Riding, at the Post Office, Alfredton, For the Masterton Biding, at Messrs Bowry and Kiug's office, Masterton. Any person wishing to object against any of the said Bolls by reason of his own name or that of any other person being entered on or emitted from the said Rolls or respecting the number of votes allotted, may do so by lodging a complaint in writing at the Resident Magistrate's Court in the respective Ridings, not later than 3lst May next.
