IBy Teleohi'h.J The follovliii? is an acournta account of too Ministerial crisis :-A very important member of. the Govomment telegraphed his resignation to Mr Hull on the 31st ultimo, and on the samo dey Mr Hall received what ho supposed to be an intimalion that another of his colleagues would also retire. Mr Hall's health Dad been feeble for some lime and this intelligence, coupled with the excess ot illnass, led h in to telegraph his rosignation lo tho Governor, His Excellency had somo months since pnintod out his doubts whether the Government possessOd a majority in tho new Parliament, and had urged its immediate assembly for decision of that point. When, therefore, Mr flair s Ministry resigned, the Governor felt it nocossiiry beforo commissioning ft iy person to form a new Government" to ascertain more closoly the actual state —Oi-pMtiaiir-This l „uofprluiiately on ono jj»nd, he was able io obtain~from Mf Hall, and nn tho other he sought it from Sir' George Grey, the leader ofVbe Opposition in tho late Parliament yd head of the Ministry winch precodWthatof Mr Hall's.
