Rhodes & Co., of Kiaßington, to lay out into Convenient Farina, and Bell by auction on THURSDAY, 13th April next, at 1). am-. 55,000 acres of that estate, being ',thc portion nearest to Napier- care being taken that all existing buildings, fences, and improvements thereon be mado available, and that each block bo well-watered and of easy access, and taking advantage of natural features and boundaries, to include low lands and downs, so as to give each individual property every advantage to the purchaser. Tho fencing is all thoroughly substantial, and there aro over 3000 acres ploughed on various parts of tho portion to be sold. All has been sown with the exception of a few smallor blocks, which will be ready for sowing this season. Tho Rissington homestead block has many valuable implements, cultivation paddookß, &c., a capital country scat, besides containing Mount M'Noill, ono o! tho oest grazing hills in Hawke's Bay. Mount Cameron is equally well known, being another block. The Ardlusse Downs are all fit for the plough. A district branch railway line has been for somo time contemplated from the'trtink line near Pakowhoi to Woodthorpo, a distance of about 15 miles.
