THE MANCHESTER UNITY.
Tho jnbiloo of tlio founding of Oddfellowshipin the North of England was celebrated at Sundorland recently. Since the opening of the first lodge in that town in connection with tho Manchester Unity, in 1832, tho society has extended onorijiusly, there now being eight disliicls, ™h ft membership of 12,000, and a capital of over £70,000.
