A FIJI HURRICANE,

Auckland, this day.

The steamer Taiaroa arrived from Fiji at 6 a.m. She brings Fiji papers whiohhatj on account of the recent hurricane, The Taiaroa during her last 'passage from Auckland to Levoka had aVery rough time, her'decks were continually swept, and at one time the star.hoard rail was under water and both ,passengers and crow were at the pumps jfoyi hours.
