A lira-ISO of the Mastorton Football Club was held at the Empire Hotel on Saturday evening, about thirty members being present, Mr A, R. Bunny, the President in tho Chair.

Tho minutes of thohntgonoral meeting were read and confirmed. The balance sheet, after paying all liabilities including some from the previous year, showed a credit balance of 12s lid Thefollowing officers were then elected: —President A. Bunny; Vice-President, H. Beetham | Captain, W, MoKenzio; Secretary and Treasurer, 0, B, Morrison; General Committee, W. Harvey, F. Smith W.Wardell.C.S.K, Do Castro; Match Committee, C. B, Morrison, F. O'Connor, W. McKenzio; Delgates, A. R. Bunny, W. Wavdell. '
