Smith v Simpson.—Assault and battery. Fined £5 and 44s costs, and bound over to keep the peace for six mouths, himself in 120 and two sureties of £lO each.
Constable Darby v W. Riddle.—Sly ijrog selling. Two informations, both dismissed, but, with the permission of the Court, the proseoutor was allowed to take out a fresh and immediate information against Mr Mnlvey, the housekeeper of Mr Riddle. The fresh defendant was fined £3O and 19 17s costs, or in default one month's imprisonment with hard labour,
Two furious' riders were fined £2 for indulging in horseracing on the main road, and one drunk and disorderly was fined II and costs 7s, The fines in each cm were paid. ' ''
