Two informations, both dismissed, but, with the permission of the Court, the proseoutor was allowed to take out a fresh and immediate information against Mr Mnlvey, the housekeeper of Mr Riddle. The fresh defendant was fined £3O and 19 17s costs, or in default one month's imprisonment with hard labour,
