San Francisco, March 6. The Chineaie Exclusion Bill now before the United States is generally approved throughout California, and monster meetings are being organised in this city and other towns in the State for the purpose of preparing petitions to Congress in support of the measure, and to agitate in other ways in favor of its becoming law.
