• A meeting of the Board was held on Saturday last, Present—Mesara James Donald (Chairman), Matthews, Martin, and Douglas. The minutes of the preyiouß meeting were r«ad and confirmed. ' The Treasurer reported a credit balance at bank in account current at iBOO 6s lid, on fixed deposit £300; total, £llOO 5s lid. A'so that, the total, amount of rates coleoted to date were £15218s 7d, and rat«s outstanding 15* lid. , The following aowiinti were then passed for paymeDt:—
