A detachment of Turkish troops has been ordered to the frontiers of Montenegro and Bosnia, to prevent the Albanians joining tho insurgents in those provinces, which, from informal ion to hand, it is feared they are doitis; under pretence of friendship towards the Auatrians, London, Feb, 25.
