He shall enter minutes of all resolutions, and tho business of the Society in tho minute-book; he shall keep the accounts in other and proper books to be provided for that purpose; he shall produce the banker's book at each meeting of the Society, and of the Directors, 'fbVtlie inspection, of the Members or Directors, as the case may be, and conduct the cowespbridence of the Society; he shall attend- at'fie office of tho Society on regular subscription nights, and shall perform all servieesjthe Directors may require, in accordance-with these rules; he shall be answerable for'all monies of the Society received' ■by : lvim i ' and shall, on the 'bank-day following every monthly meeting night;'pay into the hands of the bankers of the Society, all monies received by hirii to the. credil ■ of 'the Society, and at the ' sam< time leave the banker's pass book to b< made up, aud for which duties he shall bi paid a salary by quarterly instalments, tin amount of such ! salary to be at thodiscretioi of the Directors, .

The Manager shall give the security 01 a guarantee Society, or such other security as the Directors may require, in a sum of not less than £2OO, conditioned for rendering a just and true account of all monies received and paid by hiin on account of the Society, and for payment of all sums of money due from him to the Society at such times as provided in tliese rules.
