Smith, ferryman at Wharentna, be informed that after three months from this date his services would not be required, Mr Andrew having obtained a title to the ferry reserve.—'That Mr Andrew be informed that the Council have given the ferryman at Wlmeama three months' notice to quit, and that at the expiration thereof the Council will be xgkd' to 'Cap tint his no.nioee, or make some equitable arrangement for the continuance of the Ferry.—That the Clerk auiirtain what the cost of black 'boards wfli table of fees painted »n them will be, —That a Pound be established at Tinui at the premises of Mr J.
