RISING AGAINST EDEOPEANS
Considerable ill-feeling hat been displayed of late by Egyptian natives to. the foreign inhabitants of the country, owing to influence'exeroised'by European Powers over the affairs of Egypt. The ill-feeling of the:nativei. at situated on Damietta, tt.branch of the Nile, culminated in a rising against the Europeans of the town,, which, however, was soon suppressed by the authorities, A bitter teeling ia growing between the natives and foreigners which may. break into ail outrage at any time.
