The Company is to be established for the purpose of purchasing wool to be manufactured into woollen goods of various kinds, It is proposed to erect the factory in Borne convenient place in or near the Borough of Masterton, and the Provisional Directors have already offers of desirable sites on reasonable terms. All modern appliances and improvements ivill be introduced in the construction of the necessary works, particulars of which are now in the hands of the Provisional Directors. The Provisional Directors have already received applications for a considerable number of shares, and confidently believe that they will shortly bo enabled to take the necessary steps foi establishing the company.
