Rhodes &Co., of liissington, to lay o'it into Conveniont Farms, and Bell by auotion in March next, about—--10,000 acres of that estate, being the portion nearest to Napior'-carfl' being taken that all existing buildings, fenceß, and improvements thereon bo made available, and that each block be well-watered and • of easy access, and taking advantage of natural features and boundaries, to include low lands and downs, so as to givo each individual property every advantage to the purchaser. Tho fenoing is all thoroughly substantial, and there are over 3000 acres ploughed on various parta of the portion to be sold. All ha? been sown with the exception of a few smaller blocks, which will be ready for sowing this season. Tho Rissington homestead block h'as many valuable improvements, cultivation paddocks, <Sc, a capital country seat, besides containing Mount M'Noill, one of the best grazing hills in Hawke's Bay.
