The Weston Maori electorate presents the anomaly ofMne": represented by a member who polled 900 votes, while 1,855 were recorded in favor of the other candidates. The only candidates whose successful poll is represented y one figure is Mr Seymour Thorns George, »°dney, 4; repeated thrice, 444. - Young, Coromaudel,-scored a duck's egg, and several candidates obtained one two, or three votes only.
