Rules and Regulations: All entries to be made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or whom 'uey may appoini,_ and that such decision shall be final and binding in all cases. No protest will be considered unless lodged within 15 minutes after the race, and accompanied by a deposit of £2, which shall be forfeited if the protest) is frivolous or vexatious. The old rules of the Wairarapa Jockey Club to apply in all cases not otherwise provided for by these regulations. The saddling-bell will ring at 11 a.m.-first race to start at 11.30 sharp.
