gCHRODER, JJOOPEE, & CO., HALL OF COMMERCE. THE CHEAPEST AND BEST DRAPERY ESTABLISHMENT IN
THE DISTRICT. nOH'ixODER HOOPER AND 00. U respectfully beg to notify that on account of the liberality of the Government in taking the duty off several lines in the drapery business, they have likewise reduced those lines at least 17 J per cent, Wefurthmme beg to state that having already gained tkereputatifm of being the cheapest and best home lit the district for all kinds of general drapery, millinery and clothing, we intend to keep up that reputation and sell every article in the trade at the lowest possible prices, combined with quality and durability. Having enlarged our premises to over double its former sue, and laving stocked all the ■; departments with every necessary articls and material, we are now m a position to lay befrn our customers a selection which is not ■ equalled by any storekeeper witlrn Wairarapa, and not surpassed by any house in Wellington. Our business being so well known through the district, Ide do not think it necessory to go to large expenses and quote a price list, as these expenses must necessarily be charged to the public by putting them on to lines not quoted, but simply state that we will undersell any price hst that is got up in opposition to iis. So jar our regular selling prices are at least 10 per cent, less than any price list yet published. Ow reasons for being able to sell less th vn any house in the trade are: 1. Not ha\ iug a lot of heavy expenses to contend against, m can give customers the benefit. 2. Not being tied to any merchant, we are enabled to purchase our stock from the bost markets. 3. We sell cheap and for cash, thereby not making & lot of bad debts. 4. Only undertaking the branch of business which wo thoroughly understand, wo give it every attention and only buying the best and most durable class of goods we must give satisfation, REMEMBER THE ADDRESS IS SCHEODEE, HOOPEE &CO, Wholesale and Retail Drapers and Clethiers Hall of Commerce, MASTERTON, VISITORS to WELLINGTON FOR CHEAP BOOTS & SHOES, CALL AT RICKMAN'S READY • MONEY BOOT SHOP, Willis'st.
