Arrived—P. and 0. Company's steamship Surat with the outward mails, via Suez and Erindisi, dated London, November 18th,
Sailed, this afternoon-Union Company's stiamship Te Anau, for the Bluff. The Merchant Shipping and Underwriter's Asßooiation, through whom the original telegram was received, now reports that ijjKflsJhe-ship-Portiand, from Timaru to London, and not the Waipa, which went ashore at Dunkirk on the 22nd hist.
