It is proposed to erect the factory in some convenient place in or "ear tho Borough of Masterton, and the Provisional Directors have already offers of desirable sites on reasonable terms. All modern appliances find improvements will be introduced in the construction of the necessary works, particulars of which are now in the hands of the Provisional Directors. Tho Provisional Directors lmve already received applications for a considerable number of shares, and confidently believe that they will shortly bo enabled to fake the necessary steps foi establishing the company. When not less than lOflO shares hove been applied for, a meeting of the applicants will be convened in order to consider further proceedings.
