gOHRODEE,. :.;|j£OPEB, &CO., ;, HALL.OF COMMERCE. THE CHEAPEST AND BEST DRAPERY ESTABLISHMENT IN THE DISTRICT, nOHKODER' HOOPER AND CO, (j respectfully beg to notify that on account of the liberality of the Government in taking the duty off several lines in the drapery business, they have likewise reduced those lines at least ll\ per cent. Wefurtkrmm beg to state that having already gained thereputation of being the cheapest and best home in tk district for ail hinds of general drapery, millinery aid clothing, we intend to hep up that reputation and sell every article in the trade at tk lowest possible prices, combined with quality and durability. Having enlarged our premises to over double its former size, and having stocked all the departments with every necessary articls and material, we are now in a position to lay before our customers a selection which is not equalled by any storekeeper within Wairarapa, and not surpassed by any house in Wellington, Our business being so well known through tk district; we do not think it necessory to go to large expenses ~ and quote, a price list, as these ex- ' penses must necessarily he-charged to tk public by putting them on to lines not quoted, but simply state that we will undersell any price list that is got up in opposition to us. So far our regular selling jmces are at least 10 per cent, less than any price list yet published. Our reasons for being able to sell less thvn any house in the trade are: 1. Not having a lot of heavy expenses to contend against, we cau give customers the benefit. 2. Not being tied to any merchant, we are enabled to purchase our stock from the best markets. 3. We sell cheap and for cash, thereby not making a lot of bad debts; 4. Only undertaking the hanoh of business which we thoroughly understand, wo can give it every attention and only buying the best and most durable class of goods we must give satisfation. REMEMBER THE ADDRESS IS SCHRODER, HOOPER AGO, Wholesale and Retail Drapers and Olethiers Hall of Commerce! MASTERTON.
