The Company is to be established for the purpose of purchasing wool to be manufactured into woollen goods of various kinds. It is proposed to erect tho factory in some convenient place in or "ear the Borough of Masterton, and the Provisional Directors have already offers of desirable sites on reasonable terms, All modern appliances and improvements ■will be introduced in the construction of tho necessary works, particulars of which are now in thb hands of the Provisional Directors. The Provisional Directors liavo already received applications for a considerable number of shares, and confidently believe that they will shortly bo enabled to take the necessary steps for establishing tho company. When not less than 1000 shares have been applied for, a meeting of the applicants will be convened in order to consider further proceedings. Forms of applications for shares can be obtained from tho Secretary pro tem, Applications must be acconuanied by the deposit of 2s 6cl per share, which will be placed in tho Bank of New Zealand to the credit of the proposed Company pending further proceedings.
