Sir,—Your contemporary, speaking of Mr J. .ft. "Wilson, M.H.R,,for Foxton, sayß "he rarely, opens.his; mouth, but whenhe does lie is, too cautious to put his font, in it," I was not aware .that it required any degree of caution to prevent even an M.H.R. puttmg his foot, in his mouth.
